[fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?

All qualifiers will be notified through email with a link to register by February 27th. All registrations must be received by March 10th! Please make sure your registration is on time to secure your spot on the June trip.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

All attendees are responsible for booking their own flights.  Please remember to fly into Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI). All flights must be booked by March 20th.

Please ensure you follow the corporate expense policy: Business Expense Policy.pdf

[fa icon="plus-square"] What is the flight budget to Barbados?

[fa icon="plus-square"] What is needed to travel to Barbados and required at check in?

To enter Barbados and at check-in to the hotel, you will need to present two important things:

1.  Valid Passport - Your passport must be valid for the duration of your stay. You will also required to complete the Barbados online Immigration and Customs Declaration Form within 72 hours of arrival, and must present a valid proof of onward or return travel.

Please note that you are responsible to understand the travel requirements to travel to and from your home country. *This is NOT the responsibility of Executive Group Travel.*

2.  Credit Card: The hotel will ask you to provide a credit card for incidentals (additional charges such as spa, drinks at the bars on property, etc). Please be aware they will put a hold on that credit card at check-in, then release the hold 24 hours after check-out. We recommend providing a credit card over a debit card, as the debit card will actually debit funds for the hold, then redeposit them after your stay.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

We have a limited amount of pre/post extensions. Please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the discounted group rate.

Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled rooms will be your responsibility to pay.

Also any additional flight costs and transfer costs for flying earlier/later or to an alternate destination is your responsibility.

[fa icon="plus-square"] How are airport transfers being handled?

Yes, Vena will be providing airport transfers for all attendees arriving and departing on group dates to and from the Fairmont Royal Pavilion.

For those arriving and departing outside group dates you will be on your own for airport transfers.  Taxi's are easy and safe to use. If taking a taxi, we recommend you to confirm the cost of the ride with the driver before you begin your journey to avoid misunderstandings, as taxis do not use meters.

The ride to the hotel can range from 25-45 minutes, depending on traffic.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is this hotel all-inclusive?

The Fairmont Royal Pavilion is not all-inclusive.  Vena has provided a Resort Credit of $900 (total for you and your guest) help defray the cost of food and drinks throughout the trip.  Anything over the allotted credit will be your responsibility.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What type of adapter will I need for my electronics?

In Barbados, the standard electrical outlets are Type A and Type B, which are the same as those used in the United States and Canada.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What happens if I don't spend my resort credit?
At the end of your trip, if there is a balance from the resort credit issued to you and your guest, please note that there isn't a cash payout option, the remaining balance will just go back to the company to invest towards future trips!

[fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

There will be two options.

1.  All updates and changes will be communicated to you through email in a timely manner. This means you should be using the hotel wi-fi once a day to check for any updates or special events added.

2.  Your individual Travefy itinerary viewed through the Trip Plans app will also post any updates to the trip. We highly recommend downloading the Trip Plans app to make it easier to view throughout the trip.
