Today is the arrival day for all attendees. Please note you will be flying into the BCN Airport located about 25-30 minutes from the hotel.
*Check-in time is 3:00pm but you may store your luggage and head out to explore the city, or enjoy a relaxing lunch on the hotel's rooftop terrace. The spa is also available if you’d like to change or freshen up, but it is limited in size.
Tonight is all yours to recover from your travel day. Club officially starts June 12th but all attendees are provided an additional night to ease the travel burden.

Today is all yours! This is the perfect opportunity to explore all that Barcelona offers from beach side relaxation to gastronomy tours to Gaudi highlights. There is everything you can imagine within the Barcelona city limits. For those focused on relaxation, feel free to enjoy the oceanside Wet Deck and Sun deck or the hotel's Spa.

This evening we will get together for our first official Club event.
7:00 - 10:00pm - Welcome Reception. Please join us for a Welcome Reception on the 26th floor of the W at NOXE to help kick off the trip. Dinner and drinks will be served. This is a standing dinner reception.

Activity Day:
Barcelona Winery Tour: Experience an award-winning winery with views of the Mediterranean Sea while tasting incredible wines with lunch to follow. Please meet in the lobby for 10:15am. We highly recommend eating breakfast before as our lunch will not be until 2pm. You will return to the hotel around 4:30pm.
Spa appointments at the Spa by W Barcelona will be scheduled based upon availability. Please check your Trip Plans itinerary for your appointment day and time.
Resort Credit: Please remember that choosing resort credit instead of one of the activities listed above is also an option. The resort credit can be used at the hotel to extend your stay an additional night or for any food and beverage spend at the restaurants or bars.

For those looking to head out to one of Barcelona's many amazing restaurants, traditionally, dinner begins late throughout Spain, and especially in Barcelona- some restaurants do not open until 9:00pm, so we recommend checking with the concierge for recommendations.

10:30am - Local Cooking Class: For those of you who selected the cooking class, today is your activity day! Enjoy a cooking workshop on traditional Catalan / Spanish cuisine. You'll have a chance to sit down as a group and enjoy the meal you prepared! (drinks included). Due to busing restrictions in the Gothic Quarter we are unable to provide transport to/from the cooking school. The W is about a 25 minute walk to the cooking class venue at: Carrer dels Mirallers, 9, Ciutat Vella, 08003 Barcelona, Spain. For those who wish not to walk, feel free to grab a taxi.

The fitness center is open 24 hours a day or start your day with one of the fitness classes offered overlooking the sea. Take a dip in one of the three pools on site including the GETAWAY heated indoor pool and two outdoor infinity pools on the Wet Deck and Sundeck. The hotel gives you direct access to Playa Sant Sebastiá via a dedicated entrance, a beach experience that provides everything for rest and relaxation by the ocean and more, from umbrellas, chaise lounges and towels to gourmet food and beverage service for a beautiful afternoon.
