Things to Know:
- Weather: In June, the average temp is 80° Fahrenheit/26° Celsius.
- All travel should be booked to/from the Barcelona Airport (BCN).
- The trip to and from the airport is about 25-30 minutes from the W pending traffic.
- The Euro (€) is the currency used in Barcelona, like in the rest of Spain and most countries in the European Union.
- A valid passport is all that an American, British, Ireland, or Canadian citizen needs to enter Spain. It is important to note when your passport expires. If you're not traveling from within the European Union, Spain requires your passport to have at least 3 months left before its expiration date. Please note that you are responsible to understand the travel requirements to travel to and from your home country. *This is NOT the responsibility of Executive Group Travel.*
- There are two official languages in the city: Catalan and Spanish. The overwhelming majority of Barcelona's residents consider themselves fully bilingual. That means they can switch from Catalan to Spanish with ease.
- Keep in mind maid and bellman gratuities have already been paid!
