Travel Day to The Palms Turks & Caicos
Airport transfers will be provided from the Providenciales International Airport (PLS) for all attendees that arrive today as part of the groups transport. If you decide to arrive early, we do ask for you to cover your own transfer to the hotel.
**Check-in time is 3pm. Early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed. Please note that a hold will be placed on your credit card for incidentals at the time of check-in. The unused amount will be released back to your credit card within 7 days of checking out!

- You will be provided resort credit to help defray food and beverage costs during your trip in Turks & Caicos.
7:00 - 9:30 PM - Welcome Party. Please join us for a Vena Welcome Reception on the Lower Pool Deck to kick off the week. Dinner and Drinks will be served.
For those looking to extend the night, swing into the L'Attitude Bar for a cocktail.

Breakfast is included during your stay and is provided between 7:00am-10:30am at the Garden Restaurant. The Garden Restaurant sits in a beautiful courtyard surrounded by tropical plants and the sights and sounds of another glorious day in paradise.

Catamaran Snorkel - Discover the best of the turquoise waters in Turks & Caicos. Lunch and drinks will be served on the boat, more details to follow!
Spa Treatment - Enjoy a 60-minute massage treatment or facial treatment during your stay, we recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to your treatment time to enjoy the beautiful and relaxing facilities.
Please remember that choosing Resort Credit instead of one of the activities listed above is also an option. The resort credit can be used at the hotel towards extending your stay an additional night or for any food and beverage spend at the restaurants or bars.

Relax on the beach or in the pool! Complimentary non-motorized water sports are available for guests to enjoy beautiful Grace Bay, options include Hobie Cat sailboats, kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling gear and more.
