Yes, every Vena Sales Club inductee can invite one guest. Your guest should be a spouse, significant other, sibling, or best friend. It should be someone that is an important part of your life.

All qualifiers will be notified through email with a link to register by February 23rd. All registrations must be received by March 8th! Please make sure your registration is on time to secure your spot on the June trip.  

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

All attendees are responsible for booking their own flights.  A reminder you will be flying into Providenciales International Airport (PLS).  All flights must be booked by March 18th.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What is the flight budget to Turks and Caicos?

Air travel to Sales Club should be at the lowest available economical airfare and by the most direct route.

1. For those attendees arriving from Canada and the US, flight budget is 1000 CAD. Please note that there is only one directly flight from Toronto, so we recommend booking your flight early!

2.  For those traveling from Europe/UK, arriving flights require a layover so Vena will be covering that layover night.  No additional nights in Turks will be provided. The flight budget for the Europe/UK attendees is 1400 GBP.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is airport transportation provided?

Yes, all attendees will be provided transfers from the Providenciales International Airport to The Palms Resort round-trip only on the June 8th arrival date and June 11th departure date.  If you are arriving early, extending on your own,  we do ask for you to cover your airport transfers as there will be no group transfers available on those days.  Also please note only those flying in on June 8th will be transferred as these are NOT shuttles but specific to each arrival flight.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

Yes but keep in mind you will be utilizing your personal time off for any extensions.

Please make sure to include extension requests on your RSVP form in order to receive the Vena rate as the hotel will not be able to adjust the rate if you make a reservation on your own.

Executive Group Travel will book your extension directly with the hotel, and then confirm it with you. Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any canceled nights will be your financial responsibility.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What should I pack?

Resort casual attire is appropriate during the day. Shoes and cover-ups are required in the  lobby and indoor public spaces.  At the pool/beach, swimsuits, pool attire, and similar apparel are permitted.

The weather is Turks & Caicos in June averages around 87 °F so remember to bring a hat and sunglasses!

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is the hotel all-inclusive?

No, The Palms is NOT all-inclusive. You will be provided a $300 per person resort credit to help defray the food and beverage costs for the trip. Breakfast is included each morning at the Garden Restaurant.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Does The Palms have rooms with two queen beds?
No, please note that The Palms only has rooms with one King Bed, so if you are requesting a room with two beds, the second bed will be a pull out couch.
[fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

There will be two options.

1.  All updates and changes will be communicated to you through email in a timely manner. This means you should be using the hotel wi-fi once a day to check for any updates or special events added.

2.  Your individual Travefy itinerary viewed through the Trip Plans app will also post any updates to the trip. We highly recommend downloading the Trip Plans app to make it easier to view throughout the trip.
