[fa icon="plus-square"] Can we bring a guest?
Yes, every Vena Sales Club inductee can invite one guest. Your guest should be a spouse, significant other, sibling, or best friend. It should be someone that is an important part of your life. 
[fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?

All qualifiers will be notified through email with a link to registration by January 18th. All registrations must be received by February 2nd! Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot on the March trip.  

 

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

We have already booked your flights under a group flight block. Please stay tuned for your flight details which will be sent in your individual Travefy itinerary.

Please ensure that your legal name and your guest's legal name are included on your registration.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is airport transportation provided?

Yes, all attendees will be provided transfers from the St. Kitts airport to the Four Seasons Nevis by boat.  

Upon arrival, your luggage will depart the airport with you and you will be taken on a breathtaking, 15-minute, scenic, countryside ride to Christophe Harbour. Upon arrival, enjoy a complimentary rum punch, fruit juice and other beverages before boarding Four Seasons guest speedboats to the Resort. You’ll arrive at the Resort’s on-property pier, where a staff member will greet you and escort you to your room or villa, where your luggage will also be delivered. Once it’s time to say “goodbye,” we will do the same and collect your luggage prior to departure. Once at the airport, we will assist with bringing your luggage to the check-in counter.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

We have already secured flights for all attendees from March 7-10th so for this trip we do ask that everyone flies on the group trip dates.

 

[fa icon="plus-square"] What should I pack?

This is a casual trip. Shorts/bathing suits, sundresses, and sandals will be worn for most of the event. Please do not wear bathing suits within the hotel without an appropriate cover up or shirt.

For the evenings, we do recommend Resort Casual. All restaurants on property allow shorts and sandals but keep in mind we are at The Four Seasons so please dress appropriately. It may get cool in the evenings so we recommend a shawl/sweater.

Sunscreen is provided complimentary by The Four Seasons at the pool and beach towel stands. They provide SPF 15, 30, and 50 for guests to use.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is the hotel all-inclusive?

No, The Four Seasons is NOT all-inclusive. You will be provided a daily resort credit to help defray the food and beverage costs for the trip. Keep in mind- at breakfast you can order a la carte at the restaurant instead of the full buffet.  

[fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

There will be three options.

1.  All updates and changes will be communicated to you through email in a timely manner. This means you should be using the hotel wi-fi once a day to check for any updates or special events added.

2.  The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.  

3.  Your individual Travefy itinerary will also post any updates to the trip. We highly recommend downloading the app to make it easier to view throughout the trip.
